It is here that NPO Energomash makes engines that lift launch vehicles into orbit.
The history of the enterprise is inextricably linked with the name of its creator - academician Valentin Petrovich Glushko.
Vladimir Chvanov, Chief Designer of NPO Energomash, Vladimir Kvak, Deputy Executive Director for Quality, Vasily Charykov, head of the assembly and welding shop, and Peter Levochkin, chief designer, starred in the story.
